Cómo se calcula

PayPal cobra un porcentaje sobre el monto recibido más una tarifa fija que depende de la moneda y la región. La fórmula básica es:

fee = amount × rate% + fixed

Para netear un monto exacto, despejamos: gross = (target + fixed) / (1 - rate%)
